My truck really has only 1,400 miles on it. I use a company car for work and use another car for pleasure driving

Re: how many miles does your chevy have?

If we were to give out awards dmbrisket would get most improved truck.

From work truck to show piece in just over a year.

And that's while driving it most of the time

Re: how many miles does your chevy have?

I saw that post Doug, but it was too many items for me to read all at once

I've got too much on my mind with a move happening in 2 days.

Thanks Doug

I wish that I could say I got the job.

The truth is that they haven't decided yet, and they really have no reason to while they have a temp in.

The temp is a Telus phone company worker, that's on strike with his normal job. And they'll be keeping him there until he goes back to work

But I've been asked to move to Courtney BC.
On Vancouver Island, and about 5 min to the Ocean.
So I'll be giving it a chance there, and see what happens.

I can't find a good web site, so I'll have to take some pics there, and get you guys a link.
It's beautifull there, so I know that you'll like them

Re: Re: Re: how many miles does your chevy have?

91K on a 2.2 from 2001. The thing has not been kind to me... ABS Module, Starter, Alternator, Fuel Pump, Thermostat Housing, AC Compressor, Resonator Box, 2 windshields, and a partridge in a pear tree.

That's not to mention all the bodywork I've done because of at least a half dozen hit & runs, nor all the suspension work.

It's been in 3 big accidents(I am always getting ass ended), the last one was a while ago, thank god. This guy in a Tacoma 2WD was futzing about w/ his radio and didn't see me stopped to make a left. He hit me going like 55 he said, never touched his brakes. The hit was so hard, it broke my trailer ball off in his radiator, and slammed the bed into the cab hard enough to bust out the rear windsheild...

I might be cursed, but it can;t be my truck... for all the shit that's been wrong with it, it's never left me stranded (until this week, hahaha.)

Re: how many miles does your chevy have?

hakogen, are you sure that it's not the truck?
I had a motorbike like that, and although it never left me down I was almost killed on it.
It was like a As- hole target. Someone eventially ran me over while I was on it. Nice bike though, and I loved it.
