2006 Accord LX Ignition Relay

It's my understanding the ignition relay is behind the drivers side kick panel. If so, how do I remove the kick panel. My problem is quite often my Grand daughters car just hums when she turns the key to start. Research led me to believe the problem most likely be the ignition relay or the starter switch.

Thanks for the reply aleekat. Finally got to the car and with some isolation found she had a bad starter. Shes back on the road with a big smile.
