hehe I've only got the basics done so far , see exhaust and filter. Going to add a msd coil soon , then gonna mess with some slightly more powerful secondary metering rods , i've heard ck's are good for these .then probably an intake (probably an edelbrock performer EGR), 1.6 rockers , edelbrock tubular exhaust system (headers!!!), . Then either gonna get some s/r torquer 305 heads or just have some 1.94 intake valves put in my stock heads along with a good 3 angle valve job. Of course a complete longblock swap isnt out of the question , I have an ole 68 vette 350 horse 327 that has nothing to go in yet , been thinking of trying a modified version of the 350 HO swap GM makes for this car . A car like mine with the 350 HO conversion ran the 1/4 in the 13.8 second range

if u change ur coil better to go with the wire too ... .. Edelbrook is a famous brand too .. must be good .. how about porting your cilinder head .. raise the compression .. is it cheaper compare to swap the whole block? ... ..

My brother have a 427 CI Ford Mustang Engine ... and he bought a 67 mustang .. in the end the engine couldn't be installed bcoz too big .. I told him but he never listened .. hahhahaha .. so he sold the body but still keep the engine .. so crazy ... hahhaha ..

menuuu .. I envy u .... ... please can u describe it how u felt while doing 310 kmh .. how about the stability of the car ...

I have to delay my plan till next year to buy the sport car because this year I have to buy brand new 2 cars and the business condition is not good right now ... ... 3 brand new cars will be too much ... hehehhehe ..
Right now my choices priority are a 355 f1 in good condition and if I can't find it then I will go to new 996 C4S or maybe new 996 turbo and new the Maserati 4200 Cambiocorsa will be my last option ..

It's not really which is cheaper , its which is more troblesome , my car is also basically my daily driver , a motor swap would take it offline for sometime while the bit by bit would be easier for me

well going 310 is a great feeling. the streets have to be empty. you always have cars that don´t look back and just change lanes... but it was ok.
well driving 310 is very hard to describe. you have to feel it. the car was lying quite good on the street. good downforce (if i compare to my z3 who begins to get airy at the rear axle at about 220.)
the steering is maybe a bit to easy at high speeds.
the sound of the watercooled engine is awesome. the 993 turbo is my favourite turbo. it has much more style than the 996

Respect to me

I once drove topspeed in a '95 Fiat Punto with no less of 60 bhp!
onehundred-and-sixty km/h
=ninety-nine-point-four mph.

how do you like that?!:finger:

hi,

do you mean oil and water temp or the outside temp? well outside temp... was sunny. air temp about hm 17 and street maybe 22 or so.

well 310 i only reeched short cause i had to brake down to about 120.
a ******* blue ford fiesta changed the lanes....
the porsche runs about 325 kmh. it´s not stock it´s a bit modified by RUF.
most of the time i ran between 200-300 for about half an our... well hat was soooooooooo much fun you cannot imagine.
btw. i cannot wait for our z4 we´ll buy one maybe in autumn.
ac-schnitzer offers nice tuning stuff for the z4. but i´ll probably only get racing rims type 3. or the bbs CH. i´m not sure. the bbs challenge would only cost me about 1800$ but the ac schnitzer more than 6000$. and i don´t know why i should pay so much more for the wheels hmmm.

yep , I can build this lil 305 HO to around 300hp for less than $1000 without taking the block out . Can go higher if I switch to fuel injection which is easy because 85-86 tp. The engine swap becomes less a good idea to me the longer I think about it. Sure the hp I could build on a 350+ block are endless but I have to worry about street legallity and tuning . You wouldnt believe how many performance parts thier are for this ole 84 carbed 305 HO. It all comes down to what do I want to spend and how much work do I want to put into it. Also I have to ask myself , "Do I need a 400+HP daily driver?" . Also after thinking about it , I can afford to do an engine swap on this thing the street legal and right way. If it cant pass inspection what am I gonna do with it ? I think I'm going to save that 327 HO (350hp) motor I have for when I finally get that 69 camaro I'm always dreaming about !!!

uppps ... sorry menu for incomplete question ... I meant engine temperature .. .. u r a lucky man .. ...

Hey ... once u install that rims please load some pics here ok ... ... how come the price so big different? ... yesterday I came to see the new showroom ... it was so amazing .. they have 1 green murcielago, 1 of 360 red modena, 1 of 360 silver cabrio, 1 of yellow 355, 2 porsche turbo, 1 boxster, 1 black maserati 4200 gt, 1 black aston martin DB 7, some RR and Bentley, 2 jaguar XKR, some new 500 SL, and some other expensive cars ... I was checking at the 355 ... the car use for only 178 km on the odometer but the centre plastic dashboard console was wash out ... make me fell down .. but my eye kept starred at the so gorgeous Murcielago ... so wide, low, and macho ... the problem is the will sell it for USD 560000 ... ... so I have to tried very hard not to look at it but I fail ... hahhahahahahhaha ...
