maximum boost

What is the maximum amount of boost that I should run off my stock 97 Accord EX engine (without damaging it) with a T3 Garrett turbocharger?

THe question never answered: What are the spring rates for my car?

depends on your motor condition. if it's high mileage, any amount of boost can cause some seals to leak.

if it's well maintained/low mileage, it should be able to take about 6-10lbs of boost easily.

i wouldnt get any higher than 10lbs, and be careful on top end runs, if u make your engine hold high boost for to long at high end u run the chance of damaging your pistons and cylinders. i would get a greddy profec b and run your low around 5 to 6 and your high 9 to 10.
