cabin air filter

Does anybody know where the cabin air filter is in the 01 galant gtz? i heard it was under the passanger glove box. If any body knows, please write back. Thanks

Re: cabin air filter

1. Open the glove box door, push in on the sides, swing the door down and remove the door.
2. You should see a black looking box, remove two screws to take off the access cover.
3. Pull the old filter out.
4. Installation new filter
5. Install Access Cover
6. Install Glove box.
7. Smile

Item 5 is the filter ok

Also Shop Around for the filter I found it cheaper about $23, I'm trying to find that web sight

Thanks for replying. I removed the glove box and everything is black. What do you remove? Where exactly is it and how does it look and about what size is it approximately? Could you send me some pics if possible at vishall3@yahoo.com. Thank you very much
