Thumbs up Rice VS. Muscle

I'm curious to hear what most of the subscribers to this site say? Which way do you lean? Rice or muscle?

Re: Rice VS. Muscle

Horrible comparison.

Most people around here will agree that rice is more about a lame attitude, ignorance, and use of mods that are in poor taste. This embodies all cars and car owners. Every group has ricers in it.

To add to that some stores here in the US are limiting purchases of rice:http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/0...i_n_98340.html

Hmmm, it appears retail sized 4cyl is rise in un-affected, but demand for large sized whole sale, high grade rice, V6s and V8s has increased and there is risk of a shortage.

Fortunately the supply of domestic grain, especially V8s, is not threatened.

I wonder if grain and rice have the same potential energy. Since the grain supply is more plentiful, rice to grain conversion kits will be in demand. Sure you may not get the same miles (or km) per bushel, but the lower operating cost maybe worth it...
Sounds like a lot of money to be made......I'm thinking the next generation flux capacitor....

It may be more plentiful, but more of the supply of it is being diverted to other uses, such as alternative fuels, or shipped out of the country. Have you priced items such as flour, bread, and items made with corn lately? To some businesses in my area the price of a sack of flour has TRIPLED in the past few months. That is driving up the cost of everything to a loaf of bread to the pizza at your local shop.

Maybe this is going to be the birth of a new era of vehicles: Corn Rockets.
