Questons on XJ6..
Hello, i want have alittle bit of questions on the XJ6..
#1) What's the widest tires the XJ6 can fit? #2) What's the biggest series tires the XJ6 can use with 20's? #3) Is it possible that 20s will affect the XJ6 ride? #4) How is the reliability on these cars?, does it breaks down alot or have any minor problems?. Reply A.S.A.P... thanks!  |

We got an 88, its very relyable. We have stock tires on it 205/70/15

Had an 84 and and 86 (the latter for 12 years) very reliable since the factory switched from Lucas to Bosch electricals. I always recommend to anyone with a 68 to 87, get the catalog from John's Cars in Dallas, he has good deals on genuine parts plus his own US-made improvements. Can also answer almost any tech question.
