99-04 GT 4.6 Turbo build possible or will she break

How far can I go with a SOHC 4.6 how much boost can I run while keeping it under 91 octane. From what I know smaller engines need more Boost PSI to make more power vs bigger engines. What kind of whp would it make with pump gas only and would it be reliable. What parts of the original engine could be used. I think it would need to be Built Rods, Low Compression Pistons, ARP Headstuds, Cams, Rockers, Valve Springs, Valve's. Too many parts what do you suggest.
