no power, wont start

hey guys its, me again. 95 vic police interceptor.. new starter, ignition switch, battery terminals and i checked my fuse block and it seems that the starter fuse blows everytime i turn my key and try and start my car but still no start. any idea what this may be??? please help

Re: no power, wont start

I also have a 95 and recently have had to rewire horns, fuel pump and both front crash sensors due to the wire bundle waytoold is always talking about. As its usually dead shorts causing fuses to blow i suspect the wire goes through that bundle and is shorted somewhere. If you get normal dash lights with key on i would try turning the key on and jumping the selenoid with a switch. Way too could probably say if this is feasible. Good luck!
