I drive one of this
I'm new to this forum and from New Zealand.
Mitsubishi Chariot is a bit common down here, but I have one of the fastest model, the 'GT'. This is a 7 seater vehicle, 4 doors at the sides plus 1 door at the back. It is powered be 4G63, 2.0L, Double Over Head Cam, Turbo 5 speed manual, 4 wheel drive Out on the drag strip, the best run I done was 14.05 sec @ 95mph And that is on Factory setup ( eg. 2" exhaust, 8psi boost, etc)

Hi Manny,
Are these easily available in NZ? We only have a few examples of the 4spd auto version here in Singapore. Do you have any idea how similar or dissimilar the driveline is to the Eclipse GSX or Evo 3? I'm wondering if it would be possible to get a half cut to convert mine to a manual. The best I've managed is 14.9 on a G-tech pro, so a 1 sec improvement using the manual version really interests me. Ken |

Manual Chariot
Hi there !
unfortunately I have only seen a few example of this car in New Zealand (Auckland city) maybe about 6 in total. And 4 of them in Automatic version. Try the 1995-1996 Mitsubishi RVR X3, it have same engine and running gears if you want to convert to a manual. I'm going drag racing again this weekend, and taking all the sits not in use and other accesories, plus boosting about 14psi, but still on standard exhaust. hoping to go mid 13's. GoodLuck
