AFMOTY 2012: Official Entries!
Finally, the AFMOTY 2012 entries are here! This year participation is unbelievable! (Thanks to my nagging, I bet :-) I believe, this is the biggest turnout in the last 3 years! Thanks to all who sent their models - and to all good luck! AFMOTY 2012 is officially OPEN FOR VOTING!
Voting is now CLOSED. Results will be posted soon. Thanks to all who voted! HOW TO VOTE * Voting will start on or about January 2, 2013 when the Official AFMOTY 2012 Entries thread is posted, and will run for two weeks. * Each vote must be identified by entry number and description. * To vote, simply send a PM to both BVC500 and myself (360spider) with your vote. Include both usernames in the recipient window of your PM * In the title window of your voting PM, place MOTY votes: (your username) ex- MOTY votes: gionc * Votes not received by both Bernard and me will not be counted. Once again, make sure your voted goes to BOTH BVC500 and 360spider. * You must allocate a total of 6 points to THREE (3) MODELS. 1st place = 3pts 2nd place = 2pts 3rd place =1pt * Identify the builds you wish to apply your votes to by their entry number and description * NO OTHER VOTING METHODS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Votes sent to me will not be counted * Only AF members that joined BEFORE 1st December 2012 may vote. This is intended to avoid the possibility of people logging on with different names to vote again. If a vote is suspect, it will be investigated and if necessary deleted along with any involved entries. * You CAN NOT vote for your own model. * The judges decision will be FINAL. * In the event of a tie, the model that received the most 3pt votes will be declared the winner. If still a tie - then the most 2pt votes. 1. 1:25 Revell Dodge Magnum, Bossolani 2. 1:24 "Mine´s R35 GT-R" with "Black Edition" interior, Marianitem 3. 1:24 Fujimi Ferrari 458 – Italia, Slash.Snakepit 4. 1:24 Lamborghini Countach 25th anniversary (Fujimi), Scharon 5. 1:24 Aoshima Mitsubishi Delica, blubaja 6. 1:24 Tamiya Vespa, willimo 7. 1:12 Tamiya McLaren MP4/6 Honda, Cayman.p 8. 1:24 Belkits Peugeot 207 S2000, B.Bouffier 2011 Monte Carlo winner, hofy26 9. Re: AFMOTY 2012: Official Entries!
Holy wow! This is one of my favorite times of year - I love seeing what everyone here in our little, incredibly talented, community at AF has been able to accomplish. I am at the same time very proud and humbled to be in the company of each and every one of you who build and post and share here, and seeing the AFMOTY line up each year is one of the things that makes this place so incredibly special.
Unending thanks to 360Spider and BVC500 for putting this on. You guys are too good. Thank you! Happy New Year and good luck, everyone!

Thank you all for this wonderful builds. There is too hard to vote. But for me the most impressive work is Porsche 997GT3R from Jochen Kiesich. Its pair of sports gloves was especially remembered.
Many thanks to Alex. |

Re: AFMOTY 2012: Official Entries!
I can only agree with the previous comments - a great selection of subjects and some fantastic builds (and some lovely photography, too). It's going to be tricky getting down to six contenders, let alone a final three for my vote! Good job we've got a couple of weeks to decide...
Once again, congratulations to all those who have entered, and many thanks for the time and effort to organise everything. SB |

Re: AFMOTY 2012: Official Entries!
No way to pick three, I have looked many times and I can not pick three of them and that is only by looking at pictures. When I remember all the threads for those models...darn, I will look a bit more
Alex, thanks for doing this |

Re: AFMOTY 2012: Official Entries!
The links set up correctly, as they were showing originally and nothing changed since. I can see 39 & 40, but not 21. Could image owners please check their hosting servers? One of the reason I insisted on reputable hosting.

Re: AFMOTY 2012: Official Entries!
I can see them all myself.
Do you usually answer voting PMs as I got no answer and vote confirmation whereas I can find the PM in my sent box, so I suppose everything is in order and answer not inevitably sent... |
