Code P0174 lean bank on STS V8 North*

anyone got any ideas on what might be wrong with the V8 North* with a "lean bank" code P0174. It says possible mass air flow module or vacuum leak, checked manifold bolts and most places where a vac leak might be, nothing suspicious, will prob have to visit a Stealership to get repaired, but thought I'd check the brain trust here first. BTW it runs fine so whatever it is must not be too serious. Thanks!

Could be a weak injector, dirty maf if so equipped, air getting behind the maf ducting. Try a couple of bottles of Chevron techron per instructions on the bottle ,give it time to work.
