installing seats, how?

I am trying to install some Cobra sport seats in a 2001 e46 m3. I have come across a few problems that I need to resolve.

First the seats and brackets are 3 inches higher in their lowest position compared to the stock seats. Anyone else see this and fix it?

second problem. There is a sensor in the stock seats that tells the airbag computer that there is someone in the seat. Does anyone know how to bypass this and reset the fault light.

Third problem, I installed seat heaters and had heaters in the stock seats. Does anyone know how to wire these into the stock setup?

Thanks
