Angry Olds Silhouette leaking brake cylinder

I have been reading the post about the Silhouettes. I am afraid now of what will happen to mine. I have a 2001 and this weekend I discovered the rear wheel brake cylinders are leaking on both sides. I also have none working heated seats. My rear window washer also does not work. I bought a new key fob transmitter and I need to get it programmed. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Get the brakes fixed you can either replace the cylinder guts or put in new ones and replace the pads if they have fluid on them. I wouldnt drive it I had a buick that leaked and then tried to kill me by rupturing before I got the leak fixed.

Live with a cold bum or its probably the wiring harness that comes up from the bottom of the seat it gets damaged when things slide under the seat like kids books and stuff they throw on the floor.

First check to see if you can head the rear wash pump running if so make sure the wash tank is completely full. It will stop giving wash to the back before it completely runs dry I guess to keep you from wasting all of it on the back. I dont know where the pump is (never thought about it much) but if you can hear it run check for leaks after the pump, leaks before will drain out your wash and you would notice that too. If the pump isnt running check the fuses and the wiring going to it.

As for the transmitter I think theres instructions in the manual. If not Ill have to try and remember where Ive seen them. Other than that the dealer can do it.
