Engine rebuilt 8500 km ago
R33 Crankshaft

No rust what so ever
Came from Japan stock except for, blitz turbo timer, and a Nardi Torino Steering wheel.
No Accident History
Have documentation of its past in Japan.

I have no idea unfortunatly.

I do know a guy who legalized a r32 gtr for washington though.
Unsure of what he had to do though.

To legally bring it into the US it will cost about as much as you pay for the car itself. However there are ways around it.

scratch the VIN off of the skyline and one from a wrecked 240 then register it as a 240 with custom body work....or the other way would be to bring it in parts(rolling chasis, motor, trans seperately) to register it as a custom hot-rod...my bro does insurance thats how he got 3 skylines insured in NY
