Re: rear wheel bearings

depending on year and abs or non abs hub assemblys run $50-100 each depending on where they get tham and quality unless they get them from dealer then they will probably cost more. you can't buy just the bearings, have to replace the bearing and hub assembly. should take less than a hour a side unless everything is super rusty. total cost will depend on shops hourly chanrge

Re: rear wheel bearings

i found a rear wheel bearing on ebay for 40 dollars, even 2 for 50 dollars
i suppose they are good quality,i hope so
unlike the front ,the rear bearing comes with the assembly hub all in one piece
the front comes as bearing and another part is the assembly hub.

Re: rear wheel bearings

they will be cheap chinese bearings but should get at least a year out of them. thats also why i said hub assemblys. for better ones check rock-auto or napa and check warranty length. the chinese ones usually have 1 year or less and better quality has a 3 year one

Re: rear wheel bearings

Its not that uncommon. My Stealth has a press in front bearing and a one piece rear bearing.
