2003 Astro Rough Idle, Constant Miss at Speed

Got 8-10 gallons of bad gas on way into DC. Almost immediately as I left the station the van started missing, very rough idle at the stop light and ran rough the rest of the trip. Added Heat (Red)x2, Injector Cleanerx2, and only bought the highest octane on the way home, didn't seem to help. Managed to get it back to KY, 750 miles.
So, I've started down that road, replaced the fuel filter but didn't seem to help.

Now it's got 200k and this is the first time the dog house has been off.

Code says miss fire on #6. Plugs I've pulled so far are almost gone, gap about 3/8" because the center electrode has burned away.

#6 plug was black the rest clean and still have some normal appearance.
Codes: P0101, P0128, P0306, P0327, P0335, & P0442

Anything else I should consider with the miss problem??
ALSO while I have the dog house off - besides cap/rotor, wires, plugs - that I should replace while it's convenient?
Thanks, David
