How can i add a new amp and 2(4x6) to the current factory bose system

i have an old 2 channel amp and some infinity kappas (4x6) that are collecting dust.. how do i hook them up to my factory bose system.. please help with step by step instruction (please).. my system sounds great but i want to kick it up a notch....

Have you ever installed an amp before? If so, here are the specifics on installing one with the 99 g20t:

There is a rubber grommit with a bundle of wires going through the firewall on the passenger side, just to the left and up about 6 in from the floor. Peel it back, cut a small slit in it and your all set to run you power cable through it.

The cable hookups at the bose amp underneath the rear shelf are as follows:

Green/Brown cable is the amp turn on signal.
The individual speaker connecters to the rear spekears for a high level input can be seen be looking at the bose speakers already in place. Look at the diagram on the bottom of the speaker to see which is + and which is -

those speakers wont be a good match with the bose system
