Exclamation "coil overs and new tires Help"

I just got some COil overs from ebay, there no name brand and i got some 17" P Chrome wheels with 205/40/17 Kumhos. The ride is lowered about 2-2 1/2 inches and the ride is harse. It sometimes feel like the car is about to break and it srapes the bottom sometimes. Ima get some KYB AGX gas shocks. Will this help the ride and not lets it bottom out? What should i do? I love the way my civic looks and also the rear wheels stick out to the side alittle and it makes the car shimmy at arouud 55-60 Mph and when i brake the front wheels wanna go opposite directions, why?

HELP!!!

DO NOT get KYB's ... they're not designed to work with a car with that kind of drop ... I suggest Koni Yellows ... that's the only way to get your ride as close to stock as possible ...

Also looks like you need a chamber kit ...
