2000 Intrigue w/ brake, trac off, and anti-lock lights on

I have checked all 4 WSS's to be good. I even tried bypassing them with a 2K ohm resistor. Problem appears to be in the EBTCM. I went through the wizard on modulemasters and found that the problem may be a wiring harness issue as I do not have 12 volts to pin 15 of the larger connector going to the EBTCM. Does anyone have any info on this to share? A wiring diagram? Pin 15 is a blk/wht wire that measures 7 ohms to ground with the key off and 53 ohms with the key on. From what I have read it is the key on power for the EBTCM. The ABS fuses all check OK. I didn't see any relays. I have a Bosch 5.3 module. Any ideas or help?

I have traced the blk/wht wire on pin 15 back into the firewall under the dash. It is a ground wire and not a power wire as modulemasters inferred. I cleaned up the ground and retightened it and still no change. Looks like a bad EBTCM.

I haven't had the codes read. my OBDII reader doesn't read the EBTCM codes. i am going on the checks I have made on the WSS and the lights on the dash that are on.
