Usc all metal

I used all metal to do the base fill on a chop top today and it didn't harden after about an hour. Obviously, I didn't use enough hardener. I left the all metal on in hopes that it will just take a long time to harden. Has anyone ever had this problem and has the all metal hardened over time or am I fucked and have to remove what I did today and start over?
