Re: ABS.Brake and TCS are on
Generally speaking a wheel speed sensor would not cause the "brake" light to come on also. ABS and TCS lights will come on with a bad ABS sensor. What I have found is it is usually a major malfunction in the EBCM (electronic brake control moduele) that causes all 3 lights to come on. It doesn't mean your brakes won't work, it does mean you won't have abs or tcs. I also know in NY it won't pass inspection with the brake light on. The other 2 (abs and tcs) will pass fine. You really need to scan the brake system and find out what is going on if you want to repair the problem.

Re: ABS.Brake and TCS are on
If this is a 90-96 Version, and there is an issue with the wheel speed sensor the ABS, Brake and TCS will light... Its very possible that its a bad wheel speed sensor, but you should have the codes pulled to determine what fault or faults the EBTCM are seeing...
Just out of curiosity, what year are we talking about? |

Re: ABS.Brake and TCS are on
I have the same problem with my 98 Sileouette all three lights are on and I have plugged in a code reader and it says No DTC's found. I assuming scanning the brake system would show up but the lights are on and nothing is showing up.

Re: ABS.Brake and TCS are on
Not just any scan tool, it must be able to access the abs system. Not all scan tools can, in fact most can't. You would need a snap-on brick or Mac determinator or OTC genisys or better.

Re: ABS.Brake and TCS are on
nine times out of ten there is a broken wire at the front left or right wheel right where the wire comes out of the loom tube on the lower control arm or lower ball joint area thats causing the system to not work (light on). http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=928855

Re: ABS.Brake and TCS are on
Have you checked the rear boards? (The part that holds the rear brake bulbs behind the taillight lenses.) If they are corroded as is a major issue with these vans, that can cause the lights to come on. The same thing happened to both of my vans, and when I replaced the boards, the problem disappeared. (Is your cruise control functioning? If not it also is a sign that the boards are corroded.) If the problem is minor, a simple cleaning might take care of the problem. If it has progressed, then replacement is necessary.) The boards can be purchased rather inexpensively on eBay. A listing of some of these boards available on eBay can be found here.
