Suitable linkages for header tube joints in copper brass radiators

Hello All,
I am new to this forum. We are a small engine radiator manufacturer located in Pakistan.

I wished to know whether welding the header-tube joints in a copper brass radiator for trucks and tractors is a viable choice, in addition to baking and soldering.

If yes then what is the process for welding the header tube joints to ensure zero leakage at this juncture during testing of the radiator, without any damage to the tubes?

Appreciate your feedback.
