Aerodynamic car layout idea, the problem with doors

So I just came up with this poor drawing of what may be a proper design someday. The elliptical lines in the middle represent the chassis. There are 1 horizontal, 2 transverse and 2 sagittal ellipses. But I can't find a way to create enough space for door openings without compromising the rigidity and strength of the uninterrupted elliptical structure. I don't want to proceed with the design without figuring this out. Any suggestions are appreciated.
