Looking for someone with a lathe
Just like the title says. And some skills. I would like to see if someone is willing to finish up my 1/12th scale wheel centers for me. True up the outside, and work on the center of the wheel, where the lug holes are.....anyone interested

Re: Looking for someone with a lathe
Tell us everything you can about the part, and what you hope to have done to it.
What is it made out of, how was it made, what should it look like when it's done, how big is it, is it just turning you want done or do you want milling done on it as well.... I can't tell much by the pic, but if it's made of resin or small bits of styrene, I have serious doubts about if it can be safely clamped in a chuck without destroying it, or if it would immediately fly apart if a cutting tool was applied to it.
