06 forester spark plug and wires replacement
i plan on changing the spark plugs and wires on my 06 forester non turbo.the plugs are set deep in the valve covers anything i should know before attempting this,thanks

I'm afraid I've never actually changed the plugs, etc. in my '05. If you do find anything "out of the norm" that you're willing to share with us afterward, it would be greatly appreciated!

update replaced the plugs and wires yesterday.recessed plugs are a little scary as you cant see them but the right combination of extensions and a swivel will get the job done.also used NGK iridium plugs and wow what a difference in perfomance.there is no gap information in the owners manual or under the hood .called the local dealer service and was told the plugs come pregapped not to freindly unless you are paying them
