Firebird Kick Down Cable
1988 2.8 V6 Firebird.
The little plastic doodad on the top end broke so we need to replace it. I have a new cable but where it disappears into the fuel injection system it seems there's no way to extract it and put in a new one. The plastic part that broke is so fragile someone must have encountered this before. Anyone suggest how we can remove old and install new? |

Nope it snags under the fuel injector and without dismantling that I can't see what on. I've spent hours on it. If it were really that easy....
