Re: Books on the Mclaren - Which ones to get and why

Would be a bargain at their pricing estimate if that is an F1 LM Press Pack at the back on the left.

Re: Books on the Mclaren - Which ones to get and why

This seems to match the collection/items offered late last year...
Incomplete press kits - slides and pictures missing, Mclaren press document being copies, water damage/stains ...
Bonhams estimate might be on par with the offering and true content!

£1900 - glad I didn't bid, although I still think that's under-sold

Two Harrods books, that's a nice piece.

I've got only one Harrods, two Gulf, and 4 West books.
One of them with some personal ink (signatures) . . .

Sourced this today - £75 and about 4kg and bigger than A4 (the 50p is there for scale)

Re: Books on the Mclaren - Which ones to get and why

What is in the Michael Cotton books? Are they books that chronicle the GTR success? Development? Are they just picture books? Do they differ in content from one cover design to the next? Thanks!

Re: Books on the Mclaren - Which ones to get and why

They chart the 1995 season in both English and German text with some great photos. The different dust covers don’t mean different content; the WEST cover is the most-seen, the GULF cover is pretty rare and the HARRODS cover is the rarest

Re: Books on the Mclaren - Which ones to get and why

Hi,
I am currently looking for a McLaren Driving Ambition Deluxe leather edition. Is there someone able who consider to sell his edition or can help out to get a copy in very good conditions?
Thanks
