Where are the best car shows in the US

Hi,
I'm from Australia and trying to find information on where the biggest and best car shows are in the US. I like a mix of customs and classics and want to see something amazing. We dont have many shows in Australia and am hoping to surprise my husband with a trip to the US to see an awesome car show. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Where are the best car shows in the US

- "Scrapin' The Coast" in Biloxi, Mississippi. With bagged trucks and lots of other cars, trucks, bikes, etc... I haven't been but I"m told its a must see when it comes around. Biggest show in the South Eastern region.

- "Show Fest" is also pretty good from what I'm told, pretty large.
- "Tex Mex" I've heard it's pretty good, good sized.
- "Gator Drag" I've been to to one show and that was in Louisiana for 2007, it's in Texas now. It's a good sized show.
- "Slamily Reunion" I haven't heard much about it but it certainly is included in a lot of magazines.

These are only a few to note...There are tons more throughout there.
