Best hobby show/contest in US?

Hello all:

I just read an interesting thread with a question about hobby shows in Europe, and I'm courious about the US,

Which CAR modeling show/contest you think is the greatest or the best one in the US?

I've heard about GSL as one of the best, what do you think?

three come to mind,GSL (Every two years, next is in 07), NNL Nationals in Toledo, which was earlier this month, and the big one I feel is the NNL East, which is held in March in New York, those are the big ones, but there are hundreds of small contests which are very good in there own right

IPMS Nationals is always a great contest. Its held every year but at different IPMS clubs thruout the USA. Last one I was at was in 03' and there were some really great models. Spent way too much at the dealers room too

I don't care for IPMS shows, but they do put out ALOT of really good kits, and excellent vendor booths.

I'd say NNLeast is the one to go to

that's because my buddy Dave Luemen goes there!!! haha honestly, if I were to have a person to look up to as a model builder, it would be Dave. he consistantly puts out ultra fine detailed builds that make my head spin.

I like the NNL East myself, they can have anywhere from 1500-1800 models on display and there are tons of vendors there too.
