If your only looking for some fun speed with little money. I have found a ton of s-10 s-15s with the drag conversion done. With mild - wild V8's & rear-end swaped out. Anyhow since the class in dragracing was dropped most are just sitting and up for sale. I have found them from 500 on up.

What the hell is wrong with you? I posted that like 2 YEARS ago, right after I got my license. Everybody is a newbie once. Somebody lock this thread PLEASE. Don't go digging up old-ass threads. Nobody likes it.

A 383 in a A-body would work well.BUT,you will NEED fender well headers as there is no room for a BB and manifolds.Also the X-member will be different.
