Blower Problem
Settings 1,2 and 3 for the climate control fan went dead at the same time today. 4 works fine. There are two fuses that are marked for "BLOWER" so I switched them and the problem did not resolve. Anyone???

Re: Blower Problem
The Blower motor resistor is bad. Should be located under the hood on the passenger side on the firewall.

Re: Thanks
The Blower Resistor is located behind the Glove box in the 2001 Frontier. This is a common problem which I experienced on my Frontier @ about 50,000 miles. You remove about four screws and pull out the glove box. The resistor is held in place by two screws. You will notice that the new part is re-designed so hopefully the problem won't happen again.
This repair took me about 15 minutes. |

I have this same problem! I have no clue how to fix it! Can someone write a little in dept manual? maybe a pix of where the resistor is? Please? That would be Great!
