!!my 3g Problems!!

I have a couple problems with my 3G GT! If any of yall have experienced any of these problems/ or have any solutions, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

Clicking/ Popping Sound - a metallic clicking/popping sound comes from under the left (driver) side of the car. It does it when take off (slowly/medium) & when I let off the gas pedal (stop accelerating but still in gear). I think it began around the time when I had my clutch replaced. I read a long forum called Transmission CLicking/ Front Drivers side tire noise???, but nobody figured out what it was. Some problems it may be : Loose axle nuts, motor mounts, tranny mounts / Bad front sway bar bushing, axle, subframes / under-lubricated front ends.

These next two problems are most likely linked:

Humming/ Vibration - This noise is coming from the front right (passenger) side, noise increases with speed. It is most noticable when on highway going 60+mph. I can feel it alot in the steering wheel and little on the pedals.

Loss of Control - When driving at high speeds it feels like the car is being thrown around. I'll be driving straight ahead (full throttle, 5th Gear) and the car will shift either right/left (i believe it's both ways).

ok the 1st one is most likly TOB (Throw out Berring) rattle.
as for the vibration and humming that sounds like theres somthhing wrong with one or more of your tires. this also might be whats causing the control loss. Or it might be a blown strut.

Re: !!my 3g Problems!!

The clicking might be CV Joints. Get those checked. Along with TOB rattle, and other random things it could be a lot. Might as well get everything cheked. Good Luck

SOunds like tires with the wobbeling

Re: !!my 3g Problems!!

Clicking/ Popping: its not the TOB, its when driving, im thinking its tranny mount or front swaybar bushing.

Humming/ Vibrating - Loss of control: could be bad strut, wheel bearing, wheels unbalanced, bent rim, warped rotors, out of alignment.

thanks for any input, i'll let yall know what it is when i have time to work on it.
