TSM McLaren F1GTR 1:43 -reworked-
Dear community,
i would like to present to you my latest project. Normally i'm into plastic modeling and more present at the modeling section. Thus i'm a big, big fan of the McLaren F1 GTR (only the '95 and '96 short tails) i stumbled across the depending miniature from the 1:43 scale range of TRUE SCALE MODELS. A very fine and extremely accurate miniature, especially in terms of body lines, proportions and details. I couldn't resist and had to rework my sample into a so called "finish line" example. Together with a white metal driver figure from DENIZEN MINIATURES (which i painted to look like Jaques Laffite) the whole project is finished so far. Thanks god there are more TSM-GTR's to work on.....;-) Only some minor things were changed depending the McLaren, so as the new antena, washed panel lines and security splines which were reproduced in the wheels central lockings. thank you very much for looking, critics and / or comments are appreciated! Yours jochen kieslich |

Wow! Jochen, your work is perfect, as always. It looks very realistic. Can't wait to see the same in 1/24.
