i use acrylic thiner on a cocktail stick, soak the end of a cocktail stick for thirty seconds in tamiya acrylic thinner X20a then use it to push and scrape away the paint. its extremely neat. i use it to clean up areas where paint runs under the mask

Re: dried acrylic paint...

Or u can soak the parts with window cleaner, leave it for half a day and the dried paint will be gone.

Recently had this same problem.

See here: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=180808

A lot of good advice, but I found brake fluid (NOT CLEANER!) to work the best.

If it is Tamiya Acrylic soak it in Ammonia(main ingredient in window cleaner). It will come off in 5-10 minutes with absolutely no harm to the clear plastic.
