"Zee" vs. "Zed"

No matter how funny you American's think "Zed" is, it sounds so much better for cars. Tougher. 300ZedX, 240Zed, Escort ZedX2, etc. It's just so much better.

I like zee:finger: Zed sounds stupid, IMO. I do like the other british pronounciations, like Jagyouare and alyoumineeum.

If you look at them, they all either begin or end with a vowel sound, but not ZED. It just doesn't flow. It doesn't really matter though, because chances are, none of us will ever speak with each other so its pointless to argue...............................and yes, I do say ZeeR-1, because it still sounds better

aee? That's like "aiee" or something. A is more like "eh". I say Zee when I sing the alphabet song, but that's it.

testarossa. definitly.

I like how car companies screw up ehre and there with names. Take the chevy Nova for example. Didnt sell any in latino speaking countries. Any guesses why? Translate Nova into spanish and you get "doesnt go" Just thought id throw that in there
