Re: 1/12 Datsun 240ZG
Thanks Brandon..
I should have my first shipment this coming week...I'll keep you posted. Russell, Working on getting a pic organised with my Camaro... Check back later this weekend mate, thanks. The tyres will be the only let down I think....being so low profile, they do look a little small, but still quite neat under one of them... Dingo, No worries mate, I should have some to offer shortly.... This week, if my mate has had a good week for filling molds...... Hey Bob, Glad you got your package from Bill.... Let the fun begin................ cheers guys Greg

Re: 1/12 Datsun 240ZG
Thought it was high time I got an update in here....
Now that things have settled down some, I've managed a few things here... Started making a duck-tail rear spoiler, basic sheet plastic and Tamiya 2-part putty. Mocked up on the hatch lid. It will bolt on from beneath as on a 1:1... Attention has since been given to interior work. I decided against using Tamiya's nicely molded rubber-like interior tray...too easy. "Gutted" was the choice, and started with the sill area...too many holes, but it will help save weight. Almost there....... In addition.....my plan is for quick street, sometimes track warrior..... Soo..an added safety feature or two may come in handy. That's it for now...the cage has progressed, but will remain secret...untill I'm happy with it. More soon guys cheers Greg

Thanks man, your kind words are much appreciated. Bit more been going on over the weekend. The cage is done, 'cept maybe a brace or two just to tie the X brace in..?? It fits like a glove, after a botched first attempt...problem clearing the dash has been resolved. Front bars are nice and close to the A pillars. A view of the inside looking back.... Side bars all done. And I've had the motor in the "shop" for a serious head make-over... This will be fashioned after the very rare O S Giken heads. Exhaust port side... Early mock up of the twin-cam rocker cover... Been a bit more head work today, intake runners trimmed, bolt boss' added, water pipe made..... More to come soon guys. cheers Greg
