so I bought the last things for my F40, 1 set of stock F40 aluminum rims and another set of LM rims which I will keep unpainted, that brings the total to a wallet-draining $3,128

Damn, I would never even consider spending that much money on a model. On the 1:1 WRX Id have no problems tho . Awesome job on the model so far

Really an awesome project and the details are really out of this world...Just one things wasn't the OZ racing wheels going to be white?Don't know if they will look as good as the white one's in the end but after all it is your model...

Great work and keep the updates(and of course pics) coming...

P.S:With 3000 US I could fully upgrade my car to up to GT(I'm already saving 1 year and I'm still at 2000 US) but on the other hand this thing is the next match to having a real F40 in your garafe so may I say money well spent if F40 is your dream car...and from the amount spent you are certainly a Ferrari lover(aren't we all???)

yeah, the LM wheels are supposed to be white, but I have this video of a red F40 with black 5-spoke wheels and it looks menacing. I am getting a 2nd set of the LM rims so I can try out every color known to man to see which looks best, plus I can always strip the rims of paint.
