<PORSCHE>

I know what you mean about people only wanting the most expensive up to date cars, but in all honesty, would you rather have a Cayenne S or a Cayenne Turbo, considering you don't have to pay for either. I mean yes we are all trying to be individual with our lists, but why not take the faster of the two? (I'm not quite sure if there are any other differences between the two Cayenne models, but I would rather have the Turbo).

There's no particular order :

Renault 5 Turbo II (260 hp in a Renault 5 !!!)

Citroën SM , because it's so... strange, and very revolutionnary when it came out in 1973 (not sure for 1973...)

Ferrari F40, the be(a)st !!!

Peugeot 206 RC, for an everyday use

Maserati Quattroporte, because... it's a Maserati (sick of seeing Mercedes/BMW/Audi everyday)

Hummer H1 only for driving in Paris or on the périphérique (the one who have already driven in Paris will easily understand why )

Citroën Traction, to drive the first traction (at least the first on mass market)

Bugatti EB110 (Bugatti blue only), my favourite supercar, maybe because it's the only one i've never seen

Jeep Willis, certainly the american car I prefer (not only for design or motor reasons...)

And of course, the Renault Fuego, THE car everybody loves :
'But, it's not a car, it's a Fuego !' -J. Paul II
'Meeeeeow' -My cat
'My favourite car' -Bush Jr
'Who is the designer ?' -Hannibal Lecter
'Nothing compares my Fuego' -Marylin Manson
'I don't wanna buy this Cadillac, I want a Fuego !' -Tom Cruise
'If I could, I'd race with my Fuego Gti' -Michael Schumacher
and much more, but there's not enough space

Re: what top 10 cars do u want in your garage?

Those real quotes about the fuego? and isn't that EB110 a quad-turbo car?

BTW: I like lists like the previous because I tend to learn about cars I've never seen before.

I tend to throw price into the eqaution, whether it is there or not. If price was made no object (clearly stated) 95% of the people would choose the saem dman cars, or very similar ones. don't get me wrong, these machines are all at the top of their respective food chains, but they get boring after a while, well hearing of them anyway.

That's why I picked the S over the Turbo. I perosnally will never have a need for a 450 hp Porsche SUV, it's almost borderline impractical. The Cayenne s has a decent motor, the badge and a bit of German engineering behind that badge, enough for me.

If you looka t the reasons in my list, you cna see why I wouldn't need the Turbo, all other cars on there are sub 5 second 0-60, fast enough for most people, myself included. It encompasses all my wants and meets my needs.

I'm almost tempted to throw in an Old Camaro or Mustang or even Citroen SM (Nifty headlights that turn with wheels) because half those cars can't make half the racket a 396 or 428 can, or bring out the golden years of these comapnies. It's all about personalities, and some people even think have the faster, more exspensive cars newer cars, will make their list better, whatever floats your boat I guess.

I also like to look at it in terms of my climate, the maintenance these cars will need, a GT2's connecting rod isn't available in the NAPA catalog, unfortunately.

I think of these things cause that's the way I am.

BTW, Prelewd, the EB110 does indeed have a Quad Turbo fed 5.5L V-12 cranking out some 555 hp. Check the EB110 SS I hear it's north of 600 ponies. The new Bugatti Eb 16/4 also has a Quad Turbocharged engine, I guess they like to blow.

Re: what top 10 cars do u want in your garage?

I'd have.............

1. For my dream supercar: Pagani Zonda C12S naked Carbon Fibre if I may
2. For my dream classic: Ferrari 250 GTO Any color as long as it's Red!
3. For my dream All-terrain beater: Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (tuned 4.7 litre V8) Coloured nicely in mud
4. For my dream Luxo-barge: Audi A8 4.2 Quattro- optioned as far as it will go on chrome spinners In black
5. For my dream City run-around: 996 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S in Yellow
6. For my dream Autobahn blaster: BMW E34 M5 in Black OF COURSE!!!!
7. For my dream track day special: A Fraser Clubman with a 3SGTE in Blue and make it as mean looking as a Lotus 7 knock-off can be
8.For my top-down cruiser: Mercedes Benz SL55 AMG in Silver, with red leather
9.For my load hauler An Audi RS2 Avant (MAAAAAAAAYBE and RS6 Avant) either way I'll have it in black thanks
10.For my all-rounder: a 993 OR a 996 Porsche 911 Turbo- few cars are better

and since we are doing 11 cars- my Tuner car can be a Mk4 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo.

As for Fuego's as much as they are loathed these days over in New Zealand, they were popular Yuppie-mobiles in the 1980's as was the Isuzu Piazza, a Fuego GTX would make an AWESOME beater to trash until it dies, I'm currently looking for one under $600 to do just that
