this is crazy

hello i have a 2003 envoy xl slt with a 4.2 inline 6 recentley on a 400 mile trip about 15 miles from home i was going up a mountain my abs & break light came on at the top we stopped checked break fluid it was good got back in the car started it no lights were on the next day i noticed at about 40-45 mph the car would viberate then the rpm would go up and the abs & break lights come back on do i have 2 problems or 1 BIG PROBLEM

Starting a new thread with no new info doesn't help much though

i recently ran into the same problem on a 2004 envoy. i work as a gm tech and when i pulled up the trouble codes it gave me a C0055 code which is a vehicle speed sensor code. the problem i had was i could never get it to come back on. gm recommend checking all your wiring from the rear vehicle speed sensor located on the tail of the tranny. so if you find something i would appreciate if you would tell me

hello hope you are doing well the bad news is that my tranny is bad it is getting a new one now when i took it in the fluid was burnt with metal shavings in it i had it changed and flushed a week later the fluid was black again hope your problem isnt this bad good luck
