kicker amp cut outs

my kicker amp kx250.2 with one kicker cvr10 my amp goes to protect mode what do i need to do

it's either overheating or the sub(s) are too low of an impedance load

wow, you got a 2 channel amp you are bridging into 1 2ohm speaker - so each amp channel is only effectively seeing a 1ohm load. That's why it's cutting out on you

get a class D amp that is one channel (mono) ..... it can handle a 1 or 2 ohm load

wait if i have a 350 rms sub what size mono amp do i need still looking for a kicker though
