Greetings! I have a 1993 Honda Del Sol - 65,000 miles. I have a few problems. I have had an oil useage issue for over a year. It's not leaking, no smoke coming out but use at least 1-1/2 quarts every 3 weeks. Is this a "thing" with these cars?
Also, I have a fuel injector that absolutely will not fire. I bought a set of 4 off Ebay. The guys tried all 4 of them and none would fire. HOWEVER, they WOULD fire if put in the places the "firing" ones had been. (sorry for the confusion) Switched the wires, checked the valves and still won't fire.
Lastly, has anyone else had problems finding tires for these? The last two times it took me 8 weeks to find a single tire! And I had to go 150 miles to pick it up. What's the deal with that?
I'm honestly ready to junk it as nobody in Illinois can seem to fix it - not even Honda?
