Bring it to the dealer where you bought it. Pour some water on the windshield where it is leaking. That is an obvious factory defect that would need to be covered in your warranty!!!

If it is from the windshield, you have to watch that 20/20 or 60 Minutes deal where they prep the windshield and when the car was in an accident, the windshield flew forward or the head hit pushed the guy's work off the chassis or some off the wall look out with replacement windshields is have it shipped back to the assembly line and start all over for 50K I would stop payment or else!
Now, say it is just a rubber weather strip at the door jam? Heck, I can replace that part number no prob blame hoe is watch me. You replace that shield and not OEM spec is I wanna watch you! |

Actually if you get the windshield replaced by a competent person who is experienced at what they do, there should be no problem. I have had to have windows replaced due to my husband throwing a rock from the lawnmower. We went with a very reputable company and have had no problems. Yes it is an expensive car but a new windshield is no different than the original. I would let them do the work and than see how it is from there. If there are still problems after that than try for a new vehicle.
