92 crown vic wont start but rolls over fine

my 1992 crown victoria stop running like a month ago.
i changed my coil pack,got new spark plugs and wires.
my machnic says im not getting spark or it too weak to fire.
i got good fuel pressure and a full battery,fuel pump kicks on fine.
engine light is on when i turn the key over,but not while im cranking.
ive check my crank position wires and there fine.
i checked all my grounds and made sure they were good.
it acts like it wonts ta start sometimes while its turning over,but never starts.
ive checked all my fuses under the dash and under the hood and there all fine.
any help is very much wanted and i am greatful for.
