Arrow H22A Accord Ex Auto with F22B1 Transmission. Help Needed!

I have a 94 Accord Ex with an H22A and F22B1 transmission. I used the P0F Ecu from a JDM Accord SIR Auto but the car runs good through 1st and 3rd but when in 4th or high 3rd check engine light comes on and then it starts shifting weird. When I use the F22B1 Ecu the tranny works fine I only have an idle problem of course it might be cause it doesn't read IAB. If anyone has any suggestions or knows the solution to this please help and explain briefly! Thanks everyone!

Call Engine World Inc in Houston. BestJapaneseEngines.com They have the best JDM engines and transmissions. I have been buying from them for the longest time.

Yeah, definitely change out the transmission. Right now you're putting the 190-200 horsepower through an automatic transmission built for engines with 160 horsepower at the most. Basically you're overloading the transmission and losing horsepower. Your best bet is to find a transmission that actually matches the engine, and you'd be well served making it a manual transmission.
