add a leaf install question
hey im installing a pro comp aal on my 02 tacoma and was woundering does the aal has to be tight against the other leafs?
and how to install the bump stop because the leaf bolt goes threw with 3inch left over,should i cut it off and put the bump stop on? the instructions say to put it on loose and then install the u bolts.(what the???) |

i just helped a friend install that same ad a leaf on a 2004 taco and, yes the springs need to be flush and tight against each other. We used a c- clamp to achieve this and yes you do need to cut the excess bolt of the top of the spring pack to put on the bump stops.
