someone helpme please
i pull out of the store parkinglot im going up the road

Sounds like the direct drive/reverse clutches are worn-out.

In my 80 Impala I went around a corner heard a CCHHHCCKKKK and it would just go in first after that(Auto), and after that it would shift but just rev. Reverse didn't work either... trasmission went out. I think your going to need a new tranny. Could be wrong though...
