Amp install: easiest way to run powerline?
While being no stranger to installs, I thought to ask first to save time and stress. Wha. s the best and easiest way to run the power line in a 2000 Malibu? Through the door isn't what I'm going for. I like it clean. I did it on my other car pretty easily, but that other car was a 1988 Toronado.
So far, the best spot I see is behind the fuse relay center under the hood. Any other ideas are welcome, especially any ways to make this simpler and easier. Other issue: Check engine light is on, running the code for evaporitive emissions system. It's not the gas cap, I replaced that. So, I think it may be the vent that opens and closes. Any easy fixes? |

I don't know enough to advise on the power run.
What is the code that is setting your check engine light? |
