2008 300C troubleshoot radio RER navigation error
I own a 2008 300C AWD equipped with the UConnect radio model RER.
i bought the navigation and software update from the UConnect website the radio directed me to and I got the two part disc set. I updated the software without a problem and followed all instructions exactly as they were written. When I tried to update map software it made it through the files and then errored out while verifying POI. It now does not have any map databases installed and HERE (the map database company) does not provide any support and instead directs you to a dealership. Does anyone know if I will be required to pay for this to be fixed at a dealership since it was a Chrysler supported update? Or another way to fix this? |
