Passat 1.8t - Drove, parked, now won't start

I drove my Passat to the grocery store, jumped a strangers car, went shopping, drove home, now it won't start and have multiple engine codes.

Its a 1999 Passat 1.8t

Codes:
P1136 - Long term fuel trim/Control Fuel Air Metering/Too Lean Bank 1
P0300 - Multiple/Random miss-fires detected
P0302 - Cylinder 2 miss-fire
P0304 - Cylinder 4 miss-fire
P0303 - Cylinder 3 miss-fire
P1613 - MIL short?

First it was only a miss-fire on Cylinder 2 and so I changed the ICM and now the key-less entry does work and it still doesn't run, just turns over and doesn't seem like it's even firing. Replaced the ICM with another one after checking the first replacement with a multi-meter to find out that 3 & 4 were bad on it. Checked the new one (second replacement) with a multi-meter, seems good on all 4. All fuses were checked and only the rear defroster was blown, now all are good.

I'm at a loss, any help would be appreciated.
